Do you offer free shipping on all products?
Yes. Experience has shown that by keeping it simple, the transaction goes smoother. Also, by offering free shipping, there are no "hidden" charges. We have all shopped online looking for the best price/service only to find an inflated shipping charge. The selling price may be cheaper but they make up for it by the "puffed up" shipping charge.
What is the difference between "reconditioned" and "used"?
Many retailers have products that are returned. Sometimes it is "buyers remorse" or it simply did not work or the buyer did not understand how to use the product. A product that has been purchased and opened is usually not put back on the shelf. Blister packaging can not be put back together. Either way, the product is shipped back to the manufacturer and is checked out and if repairs are necessary, they are made. It is then re-packaged and sold as reconditioned or refurbished. Buying reconditioned is a great way to get the same product at substantial savings. Personally, I buy products this way and I have never had a problem. By the way, it still has the manufacturers warranty!!! Used means simply that-it was bought and used for a period of time. Usually there is some type of grading scale so you have a better idea of the condition.
How long have you been in business?
I first started selling online in 2002. I, like most of us here started on eBay. I had some success and once I got the hang of it, I quit my job and went full time. In my own personal store, I achieved "Power Seller" (Silver) status within 3 months and 6 months later I went Gold. I co-owned 2 other stores and achieved similar results. In addition, I consulted with several others who also became "Power Sellers". The reasons for me leaving eBay are similar to why countless others Have left and continue to. I am experienced, time-tested, and I offer outstanding service with excellent pricing. I may not be the lowest price seller, but I am pretty close.
